Training For Trainers for Safety & Health in workplace of people with disabilities
DESCRIPCIÓN
The course comprises 5 distinct modules, each carefully designed to empower trainers with the skills necessary to instruct individuals with disabilities. The initial module “How to teach” delves into the methodology of "teaching people with disabilities," equipping participants with essential techniques and strategies in order to enable trainers to create inclusive and adaptable learning environments.
The subsequent modules are devoted to the critical aspect of health and safety within the workplace. The overarching objective of these modules is to enable trainers to effectively convey this content to people with disabilities, employing the methodologies acquired in the first module.
A primary focus throughout the course is the adaptation of content to suit the unique requirements of individuals with disabilities. Recognizing the diversity of needs among this demographic, it is imperative that each case be evaluated and tailored on an individual basis, ensuring that the course content is personalized to address the specific needs of each participant.
