DESCRIPCIÓN

This course has been designed in terms of accessibility to contribute to the training of professionals in the tourism sector and to improve the reception and care of people with disabilities in outdoor activities, nature and adventure.Leisure activities are an integral part of tourism and offer a wide range of opportunities for people with accessibility needs. To this end, this course will provide knowledge of the needs of customers with disabilities, enabling tourism personal assistants to understand the importance of satisfying and maintaining adequate attention by addressing accessibility comprehensively and universally

To make known the concept of Accessible Tourism, strategies and good practices of implementation in Spain and other countries.
To make professionals aware of the need to improve the treatment of people with disabilities and other accessibility needs.
To make known the economic and social advantages that Accessible Tourism offers to the sector.
To put in value the needs that must be covered to obtain the full integration of people with disabilities in the use and enjoyment of tourism.
